Coaching Skills for Emerging Leaders

Course Information

Coaching allows a leader to give immediate and timely feedback. It also allows you to be involved in the professional growth of individuals or a team in a dynamic fashion. You will address basic coaching techniques with a focus on listening and communication skills. You will also learn to identify professional development goals to help employees grow within their jobs. Through hands-on exercises, you will practice applying appropriate coaching skills with employees of differing needs.
