How to Apply
To register your child(ren) for any of these summer programs at Cal State Fullerton, please fill out the application form.
Because a parent's original signature is required for your child(ren) to participate in these programs, applications must be submitted by mail or in person. Please print this completed form and mail with your check (payable to CSUF) or your credit card information. If you have questions or need assistance in filling out this form, please call 657.278.2796 or 657.278.5836.

Once your application is received, you will receive an information packet two weeks prior to the start date.
Refund Policy: To receive a full refund, less $10, please call UEE Student Services at 657.278.2611 prior to 6 p.m. the Friday before the class begins. To inquire about a refund after the class has started; please call UEE Student Services for assistance.
