Course Number: SBAE 5122 (1.50 CEUs/15 Hours)
Project quality management includes all the planned and systematic activities required to ensure that the project will meet the objectives for which it was undertaken and includes quality planning, quality assurance and quality control. Communications management ensures timely and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination, storage and ultimate disposition of project information. It also provides the critical link among people, ideas and information. The impact that quality and communications management have on a project will be discussed.
