Course Information

Leaders aim to motivate, reward, direct, and develop those who work with them. In this class, you will learn to examine the make-up, dynamics, and functionality of a team to understand different approaches. You will learn what it means to lead with a vision, examine leadership styles that would have the greatest impact on team members, and understand the process of generating synergy in the creation of a team.
