Course Information

In this course, students will be exposed to a full range of classic and modern tools of the statistical scientist. Common tools in statistical inference - from hypothesis testing to statistical estimation - will be illustrated across a wide range of applications. Students will learn how to build statistical models to find the most important factors that influence an outcome, describe relationships among many variables and predict outcomes while quantifying the statistical uncertainty.
