Ethics involves making decisions about what is right and what is wrong. As a community manager, it is essential to develop skills that allow a manager to articulate the ethical values, to provide justification and intelligently question the ethical behaviors of others. This scenario and question-based course is designed to assist participants in establishing a framework for discussing ethical issues and to determine appropriate responses when confronted with an ethical dilemma. Participants will also develop knowledge of ethical decision-making aligned with the CACM Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Practice.
