The Full-Time MBA is a financially self-supported, unsubsidized program that is not funded by state tax dollars. Program costs are different than other university courses due to the unique program features such as the accelerated structure of the program, leadership academy workshops and the International Cultural Experience and Global Business Study trip – all of which are included in the cost of the program.

Program Administration

Student admissions and advising are managed by the MBA office in the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics. Student services and program administration for the Full Time MBA (class registration, payments, etc.) are carried out by University Extended Education at Cal State Fullerton (UEE). While students register for classes through UEE, the degree is awarded by Cal State Fullerton's Mihaylo College of Business and Economics.

Mihaylo Leadership Academy

Throughout the program, the Mihaylo Leadership Academy will provide students with the opportunity to implement what they have learned, receive feedback from instructors, and work with coaches on individualized development plans through mid-semester sessions. These workshops are a key distinguishing component of the program providing direct knowledge, training, and learning experiences in a number of key areas including:

  • Development of interpersonal and soft skills such as professional acumen, networking, critical thinking, presentation and communication, and leadership
  • Professional and career development
  • In-depth exploration via case studies and concept testing on emerging issues in business
  • Hands-on learning experiences or "mini-internships" with area businesses
