The Bachelor of Arts in Sociology is a part-time enrollment program and is completed in three years with a cohort of your peers. each semester is divided into two 8-week sessions (summer classes last 5 weeks) and you take one course at a time, following a pre-determined schedule.

Eligibility
To be eligible for admission, you must have 60-69 transferable semester units and have completed introduction to Sociology or its equivalent. You must also be in good academic standing at the last college or university you attended, with a GPA of 2.5 or better. Conditional Admission is possible for applicants with fewer than 69 units.
You also must have completed a minimum of 30 semester units in CSU-approved General Education (GE) Coursework, with a grade of C or better. The GE coursework must include classes from the "Golden Four" requirements: Oral Communication, Written Communication, Critical Thinking and Methematics/Quantitative Reasoning.
