Green Belts play a vital role within a Six Sigma initiative as they learn to contribute to the Black Belt's efforts of data collection, analysis and process mapping. You will work with Minitab, a software package utilized in statistical and graphical analysis. One-on-one time with the instructor coupled with project presentation gives you an understanding of Lean and Six Sigma applications and increases learning opportunities. Completion of this course will enable you to complete simple projects within your organization.
