Basics of Association Management II

Course Information

Whether you have been in the industry for several years, or are a new community manager, it is essential to have command of the language of the associations as well as a broad understanding of the industry. In the second part of a two-part, scenario and question-based course, participants will continue to acquire critical knowledge in the effective management of a common interest development (CID) in the state of California. The course will introduce you to accounting basics, the fundamental of CID insurance, conflict resolution and the key to successful project management.
