California Law Series

Course Information

The California Law Series course provides participants with the knowledge to assist the board and community association when legal issues arise and provides the knowledge required in the implementation of the board's financial directives as defined by various laws, statutes and accounting requirements. In addition, this course will address compliance to California law regarding independent contractors, proposals and contracts, and property risk management. Finally, the participants will become well-versed in the regulations and processes as related to board and member meetings, required documentation and notification, and association record retention.
