The Irvine Campus is a branch campus of CSUF and is located about 20 miles from Fullerton.

The Irvine Campus is located at 3 Banting, Irvine, near the intersections of the 405 Freeway and the 133 Toll Road, and the 5 Freeway and the 133 Toll Road. It is approximately one mile from the Irvine Spectrum. The Irvine Campus may be reached via the OCTA bus service and the Irvine Shuttle (I-Shuttle).
Those attending University Extended Education classes at the Irvine Campus should park on the front, side or rear of the 3 Banting building only, and not on the front, side or rear of the adjacent Western State College of Law building at 1 Banting. Signs will guide you to appropriate places to park. The Western State College of Law issues parking permits to its students only and does not honor CSUF Irvine permits.
Parking permits are required on the CSUF Irvine Campus from Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Daily permits are $8 and may be purchased from the permit machine on campus. Semester permits are available for purchase online.

University Extended Education (UEE) processes all registrations for its Professional Development programs and is located on the Fullerton campus (there is currently no UEE office at the Irvine Campus).
