Pay by mail:

Checks

Make payable to CSUF or CSU Fullerton. Write your name and CWID number on the front of the check. The University is not responsible for carrier delays for mail-in payments.  A $25.00 non-refundable fee will be charged for payments made by checks that are returned by your bank, for any reason. Students with two or more dishonored payments will lose personal check-writing privileges with the University.

Pay online:

E-Check (ACH)

No merchant fee is charged when you use the payment option of E-check (ACH). Input your bank information (account number and bank routing number which you verify with your banking information) into the secure University Payments page and the authorized payment will be subtracted from your bank account within 1-2 days. Be advised that debit card numbers are not bank account numbers. A $25.00 non-refundable fee will be charged for payments made by ACH that are returned by your bank, for any reason. Students with more than two dishonored payments will lose ACH privileges with the University.

Credit Cards

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

Effective December 28, 2020, a non-refundable 2.65% service charge is charged on all credit card payment transactions. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all accepted. A $25.00 non-refundable fee will be charged for payments made by credit cards that are returned by bank, for any reason.

Debit Cards (Processed as Credit Cards)

Effective December 28, 2020, all ATM/Debit Cards processed online are processed as credit card transactions and are subject to non-refundable 2.65% credit card service charge. Please note that ATM/Debit Cards have a daily limit which may vary depending on the issuing bank.

Pay online: Third Party Sponsorship

Students who are being sponsored by a third party should contact EIPFinance@fullerton.edu directly to setup the sponsorship account. Sponsorship information should be submitted at least one week prior to registration. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure EIP has valid sponsorship information on file.  The following information should be included on the sponsorship letter:

  • Sponsor’s complete name and address
  • Billing address
  • Contact information: name of contact person, email address, and phone number
  • Name of student(s) being sponsored
  • Approved term and amount
  • Approved course or program title
  • Sponsorship Restriction

Payment should be made within 30 days of invoice date. Students will be liable for any balances not covered by the sponsorship.

Private Loan

Students in non-financial aid eligible programs have the option to obtain a loan with private lenders. Please see How to apply for a private loan for additional information. Extension and International Programs does not endorse or have an affiliation with any lender. The choice of a lender and guarantor is a decision and responsibility of the student as the borrower.
