*B.A. in Business Administration has its own dates for the payment plan that are different from the other degree programs due to the shorter sessions. Dates can be found on the B.A. Business Administration payment website. Payment deadlines can also be found on the student portal (Titan Online).
What TIPP Is:
The Tuition Installment Payment Plan (TIPP) allows students to pay course fees and mandatory campus fees in monthly installments instead of paying the full amount at once. A non-refundable $30 installment fee is required for enrollment into the payment plan.
How the Payment Plan Works:
Fall and Spring Semesters
- Total fees are divided into three (3) equal installments
- Each installment includes:
- One-third (1/3) of course fees
- One-third (1/3) of mandatory campus fees (if applicable)
- The $30 installment fee is added to the first payment
- Payments are due by the three (3) pre-determined payment deadlines

How to Enroll:
Students 18 or Older
- Student is already enrolled in courses and there is a balance for the term
- Enroll online through the student portal (Titan Online). Instructions to self-enroll into the payment plan can be found here.
Students Under 18
- Student is already enrolled in courses and there is a balance for the term
- Must complete the University Extension Installment Payment Plan Application with a parent/guardian. Form can be found here.
- Submit the completed form by email to extensionfinance@fullerton.edu.
Students must enroll every semester to use the payment plan. There is a maximum amount of $12,500 that can be applied to the payment plan. Any amount over the maximum will need to be paid in full by the payment due date.
Prepayment Period:
Students may enroll online before the prepayment period begins. During the prepayment period, online enrollment is disabled. Students must instead complete the University Extension Installment Payment Plan Application and submit it by email to extensionfinance@fullerton.edu. Form can be found here.
Prepayment dates are available on the Student Business Services website.
How to pay:
When making a payment, students can pay online through the student portal (Titan Online) using credit/debit cards or e-check (ACH) or by mail. A full list of payment options can be found on the Student Business Services Payment Options website. Students can check their student center (through Titan Online) for payment plan deadlines and due dates or the TIPP webpage. Failure to pay the first installment by the deadline may result in disenrollment from course(s). Failure to pay the second or third installment by the deadline may result in a $25 non-refundable late payment fee per late payment.
For financial aid recipients, students may be responsible for out-of-pocket payments if financial aid is insufficient to cover the amount due or not disbursed before the payment deadline.

What University Extension Payment Plan Is:
The University Extension Payment Plan allows students to pay course fees and mandatory campus fees in monthly installments instead of paying the full amount at once. A non-refundable $30 installment fee is required for enrollment into the payment plan. Please note that payment plans are based on the length of the course or program. A payment plan may not be available for a single course or program if the length of instruction is less than two (2) months.

If a student enrolls in additional units, the student must pay any additional charges by the appropriate due date. If the student drops or withdraws from a course or multiple courses, the student is required to pay all charges based on the refund policy (based on program). The refund policy can be found here: Refund Policies. A refund less the $30 installment fee and any late fee may be issued.
How to Enroll:
Students who are 18 years old or older can enroll in the payment plan by sending an email request to University Extension Student Services team at extension@fullerton.edu. Please include your CWID and program/course information in your email request. Your student account and courses will be reviewed for eligibility. An email will be sent with instructions on how to enroll through the student portal if it is determined that you are eligible for a payment plan. Students under 18 years old must have their parent/guardian complete a manual payment plan form.

Effective December 28, 2020, there will be a non-refundable 2.65% service charge charged per credit card transaction. There is no merchant fee charged for payments made with e-check (ACH). Payment plan deadlines and due dates can be found on the student portal (Titan Online). Failure to pay the first installment by the deadline may result in disenrollment from course(s). Failure to pay the second or third installment by the deadline may result in a $25 non-refundable late payment fee per late payment.
Self-Support Summer Session
Students can enroll in the Tuition Installment Payment Plan online through their student portal (Titan Online). Please see the Student Business Services webpage for more information.
Winter Session
Payment plans are not available. Payments are due at the time of enrollment.
