The Tuition Installment Payment Plan (TIPP) allows students to pay their course fees, mandatory campus fees, and a $30 installment fee (non-refundable) in multiple payment installments.

How it works:

For Fall and Spring, fees are broken down into three (3) payment installments with each installment including one-third (1/3) of the course fee(s) and mandatory campus fees.  The $30 installment fee is added to the first TIPP payment deadline.  For Summer, fees are divided into two (2) payment installments with each installment including one-half (1/2) of the course fee(s) and mandatory campus fees.  The $30 installment fee is added to the first TIPP payment deadline.

Enrollment for the payment plan is done online through the student portal through Titan Online (only for students 18 years old or older).  Students under 18 years old can complete an EIP Installment Payment Plan Application with their parent/guardian and submit it by email to eipfinance@fullerton.edu. The EIP Installment Payment Plan Application can be found at https://sbs.fullerton.edu/forms/Default.php.  Students must enroll each semester to be on the payment plan.

Students can enroll online up until the prepayment period. During the prepayment period, online enrollment is disabled and students must complete the EIP Installment Payment Plan Application. Prepayment dates can be found on the Student Business Services website, https://sbs.fullerton.edu/services/ImportantDates.php.  The completed EIP Installment Payment Plan Application should be submitted by email to eipfinance@fullerton.edu.

How to pay:

When making a payment, students can pay online through the student portal (Titan Online) using credit/debit cards or e-check (ACH), or by mail (refer to payment methods for mailing information).
