Earn A CSUF Community Association Management Certificate in 2-3 Months

Whether you have been in the real estate industry for several years, are a new community manager, or looking to get into the association management industry, the Certificate in Community Association Management will give you the critical tools to effectively manage a common interest development (CID) in the state of California. This certificate program will also provide graduates with a solid base of knowledge in the areas of compliance to California law regarding independent contractors, proposals and contracts, and property risk management. This program is offered in collaboration with the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).

Program Stats:

The Certificate in Community Association Management consists of four courses totaling 36 hours of lecture and instruction. The certificate graduate will receive 3.6 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

Please note: Upon successful course completion and 6 months of "on-the-job experience", students may apply to receive the California Association of Community Managers' (CACM) Certified Community Association Management (CCAM) certificate which is the ONLY certification that meets California statutes.

Non-California Residents

It is recommended that participants who reside outside of United States and whose first language is not English must possess English language proficiency equivalent to a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper), 80 (iBT) or IELTS score of 6.5.
