Course Information

Fiduciaries serve by court appointment as conservators or guardians and may serve by contract as trustees, representative payees, or as agents under powers of attorney. The course gives an overview of various positions of trust, legal definitions, and duties. Special attention is given to changing legal status and liabilities of fiduciary practitioners. This class meets the qualifications for 15 hours of MCLE credit.
