Bullying is a significant problem in the K-12 campuses across the United States
The Issue:
This course will teach participants about the underlying dynamics of bullying and how gender identity and perceived gender identity affects students and the school environment - specifically LGBTQ student bullying. Learn how to adapt the new CA laws and the best ways to insure a healthy and bully-free setting for students to learn.
The Course:
Cal State Fullerton is offering a 1-unit online course designed specifically for school administrators, staff and teachers but will also give parents and students the information they need to partner with their schools on this important issue. The curriculum uses a combination of video lectures and interviews along with required reading materials.
