CSUF Teacher Induction Program Application
Applying to the CSUF Teacher Induction Program is a free and easy two-step process:
- Step 1 Submit the online application below. When applying, you will need to provide information about your upcoming teaching assignment for your first year in the program in addition to your school administrator contact information. You will also need to upload a copy of your preliminary credential, which includes your document number. You can download a PDF of this document by logging in to your CTC educator account on the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing website. Learn how to view and print your credential document here.
- Step 2 After you have submitted your application, we will email your school administrator with additional eligibility documents to complete, sign, and return to us to verify your eligibility for the program. Your application will only be reviewed for admission after all required eligibility documents are received by the deadlines stated on the application. We encourage all applicants to inform their administrators that we will be contacting them to obtain additional eligibility documents.
Application Review Process
We appreciate your interest in our program and submission of your application. The review process varies based on when you and your school administrator submit all additional eligibility documents. The sooner we receive all required documents to complete your application, the sooner you will receive a decision. Completed applications are typically reviewed within 2 weeks of submission.
Please be sure to notify your school administrator that you have applied to our program and they will receive eligibility documents from CSUF University Extension via email to be completed and submitted by the stated deadlines.
