How quickly can the CSUF Pre-Health Program be completed?

We offer part-time or full-time programs that can be completed in 1–3 years. See below for details.

Career Changer Program

For students with no science background. Complete the full science prerequisite sequence over 2–3 years.

Academic Finisher Program

For students who completed at least one year of general biology and one year of general chemistry. Only need Year 2 of the full-time schedule.

After students complete their first year courses, you can apply to one of our linkage programs — formal agreements between professional health care schools and CSUF that offer special consideration to students that meet certain academic requirements.
