This program provides an in-depth and applied understanding of professional fiduciary practices, including concepts, practical knowledge, and skills needed. Ongoing education is especially important due to the Professional Fiduciaries Act, which requires licensing of all professional fiduciaries.
The certificates in Professional Fiduciary Management for Trustees and Conservators will help participants develop a comprehensive understanding of the standards, practices, and legal and ethical considerations of professional fiduciary management. Areas of focus include the prudent use and protection of a protected person’s assets, accounting and recordkeeping, management of assets as well as execution or administration of a will and/or management of a trust.
