Starting with this Spring 2023 semester, all students must click here at Student Record Creation or Update to either create a new student record OR to update a prior/existing student record so your student record is active for your planned semester/term of enrollment.

- This is the first required step for you to be able to request approval to enroll or to directly enroll in classes for each planned semester or term.
- This action must be completed ahead of EACH semester/term you plan to register through Open University, so you will complete this step more than once if planning to enroll in multiple future semesters or terms.
- This Record Creation/Record Update Action will place your student record in the Open University Program and activate your enrollment access for the semester/term selected.
