Please use the chart below for add, drop, and withdrawal dates and deadlines. 

 

Drop and Withdrawal Instructions

Drop and withdrawal procedures vary by date. If you need to drop or withdraw, please e-mail pbconline@fullerton.edu for questions.  

 

You must only register in the courses that were approved for. If you register in an unapproved course, then you may be administratively dropped.

 

Spring 2025 - Important Deadlines

Last day to register and pay for both sessions without a $25 late registration fee.
  • Last day to enroll in a payment plan through your Student Portal.
 December 12 December 12
Prepayment begins. Fees due prior to enrollment. $25 late registration fee applies.
  • Payment plan is no longer available through Student Portal, please visit EIP Payment Plans for instruction on how to enroll in a payment plan. 
 December 13 December 13
Last day to drop without a record of enrollment and receive full refund, less $10 per class.
January 5 March 2*
Last day to register for both sessions without instructor approval.
  • $25 late registration fee to register/add all classes.
  • Must make prepayment before enrollment.

Last day to register for both sessions with instructor approval. An electronic registration permit needed.
  • $25 late registration fee to register/add all classes.
  • Must make prepayment before enrollment.
 January 7 January 7
Last day to drop a class through Student Homepage without a grade of "W" and receive 65% refund.
 		January 13 March 10*
Last day to request a withdrawal from a class and receive 65% refund if approved. You will receive a grade of "W."
 January 21 March 17
Final deadline to request a withdrawal from a class. If approved you will receive a grade of "W."
