Drop and Withdrawal Instructions

Drop and withdrawal procedures vary by date. If you need to drop or withdraw, please email Academic Advisor, Dereck Zara (dezara@fullerton.edu) for questions.  

 

You must only register in the courses that were approved for your cohort or study plan by your Academic Advisor, Dereck Zara (dezara@fullerton.edu). If you register in an unapproved course, then you may be administratively dropped.

 

Summer 2024- Important Deadlines

April 22 - June 16

Session 2
June 17 - Aug11
Last day to register and pay for both sessions without a $25 late registration fee.
  • Last day to enroll in a payment plan through your Student Portal.
 April 18 April 18
Prepayment begins. Fees due prior to enrollment. $25 late registration fee applies.
  • Payment plan is no longer available through Student Portal, please visit EIP Payment Plans for instruction on how to enroll in a payment plan. 
 April 19 April 19
Last day to drop without a record of enrollment and receive full refund, less $10 per class.
April 21 June 16*
Last day to register for both sessions without instructor approval.
  • $25 late registration fee to register/add all classes.
  • Must make prepayment before enrollment.
 April 22 April 22
Last day to register for both sessions with instructor approval. An electronic registration permit needed.
  • $25 late registration fee to register/add all classes.
  • Must make prepayment before enrollment.
 April 26 April 26
Last day to drop a class through Student Homepage without a grade of "W" and receive 65% refund.
 		April 29 June 25*
Last day to request a withdrawal from a class and receive 65% refund if approved. You will receive a grade of "W."
 May 6 July 1
Final deadline to request a withdrawal from a class. If approved you will receive a grade of "W."
 		June 5 July 31
