Importance of Virtual Check-In

The information will be used to update your SEVIS record with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Complete this requirement as soon as possible to maintain your immigration status and avoid a hold on your student account.

Note: If you plan to travel to the U.S. by the program start date on your I-20, refer to the "Students in the U.S." section and complete check-in after your arrival.

You are not required to submit immigration documents as part of your Check-in. If you received a CSUF Form I-20, it will no longer be valid for travel to the U.S. If you purchased health insurance, please refer to the Health Insurance webpage for refund information.
